Skill Level
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, information technology, or any other related field is usually preferred. Not more than five years of relevant work experience can be used as a replacement for the training. Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master is suitable for this position.
English Requirement
In order to qualify for a visa, applicants must demonstrate English proficiency in one of the following tests:
IELTS: At least 6 in Writing, Listening, and Reading; 7 in Speaking; and 7 overall.
OET: At least grade B in all categories.
TOEFL iBT: At least 12 in Listening, 13 in Reading, 21 in Writing, 23 in Speaking, and overall score of 93.
PTE Academic: 50 minimum in Writing, Reading, and Listening; 65 in Speaking; overall score of 65.

Risk Management: Identify risks for the project, use mitigation strategies, and resolve problems in advance to prevent delay in the project.
Agile and Waterfall Project Implementation: Apply project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall based on project needs and team organization.
Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and provide direction for effective project implementation.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor progress on projects, create reports, and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
Vendor and Contract Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors and manage contracts related to IT services and solutions.
System Implementation and Integration: Align IT system implementation with sound integration of existing infrastructure.
Compliance and Security Standards: Support IT projects by aligning them with regulatory requirements, cybersecurity methods, and best practices across industries.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Plan user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) in order to determine the reliability of systems.
Project Closure and Post-Implementation Support: Conduct project closure reviews, document lessons learned, and enable a smooth handover to operations.
