    When submitting a Stage 2 competency claim application, four units must be taken into account. These include dedication to oneself, a duty to the community, upholding moral principles at work, and technical competence

    Show your ability to collaborate well, fostering unity to benefit stakeholders. Apply ethical judgment consistently and adhere to ethical standards.

    Show competency by delivering safe, sustainable solutions that benefit various stakeholders, managing engineering risks, and integrating legal requirements efficiently.

    Dedication to self

    In this competency unit, you need to show: how you'll deal with moral dilemmas, develop your expertise, and take ownership of your work.

    Document Required for Stage 2 Competency

    Below mentioned are the submission items, as required by the Engineers Australia, towards registration as a Chartered Professional Engineer:

    Engineering Competency Claims (EECs)
    Depending on your E-Chartered pathway, you need to make 11 to 16 Engineering Competency Claims (ECCs). For the Engineering Competency Report (ECR) course, all 16 competencies must be claimed. Each claim details your engineering project involvement, following Engineers Australia's Stage 2 Competency Standards.
    CPD Report
    CPD, or Continuing Professional Development, refers to the ongoing learning efforts professionals engage to enhance and broaden their skills. A perfect CPD report showcases your dedication to improving and advancing your expertise throughout your professional journey.
    Updated Resume
    When turning in your stage 2 assessment, please provide your updated CV/Resume, highlighting your most recent work history and current job. Keep it concise and polished.
    Engineering Experience Record (EER)
    The Engineering Experience Record (EER) is a summary, limited to 700 words, detailing your employment history and duties. Crafting these materials may take time and effort, yet mastering the guidelines can streamline the process of completing all necessary documents.
