    Work at this group of units generally requires a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications engineering, network engineering, electronics, or a related field. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications in certain cases.     In order to qualify for a visa, applicants must demonstrate English proficiency in one of the following tests:
