Services Description

ReportChamps offers eligibility assessment consultancy, document preparation consultancy, application consultancy, case review services to professional and migration related reports, such as:

• Competency Demonstration Reports (CDR).
• Report on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
• The New Zealand migration reports are KA02.

Our services are highly advisory in nature. We are not an evaluating body and we do not make judgments on skills evaluation, eligibility to migrate and approvals of applications. The final decisions are made only based on the official assessment bodies, which are Engineers Australia, ACS, IPENZ, or other companies.

User Conduct

With ReportChamps, you consent to:

Give correct, full and truthful personal and professional details.

Make good use of our services and use them within the law.

Do not provide inaccurate and deceptive or plagiarized details in your applications.

It is up to you to ensure that the content of any document forwarded to the official authorities is correct.

Results of an evaluation or a judgement of the official authorities.

Late submission, inaccuracies or omissions in your submissions.

Any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages which occur as a result of consuming our services.

Termination

We may at any time we feel appropriate, without giving any prior notice, suspend or cancel your access to our services because of non-compliance with these Terms of Service or because of misappropriation of our guidance materials.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are regulated by and read in compliance with the laws in the jurisdiction where ReportChamps is going to operate. All the controversies related to the usage of our services will be delegated to the jurisdiction of the respective courts.
