The job typically requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, network administration, or any other related field. English Requirement
In order to qualify for a visa, applicants must demonstrate English proficiency in one of the following tests:
IELTS: At least 6 in Writing, Listening, and Reading; 7 in Speaking; and 7 overall.
OET: At least grade B in all categories.
TOEFL iBT: At least 12 in Listening, 13 in Reading, 21 in Writing, 23 in Speaking, and overall score of 93.

Security Management: Install and maintain system security components such as firewalls, antivirus programs, and intrusion detection systems to protect the network and data from cyber attacks.
Backup and Recovery: Periodically back up valuable data and systems, and maintain disaster recovery plans to minimize data loss and system downtime during failures.
User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide user technical support through troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and offering solutions to maintain productivity.
System Upgrades and Patching: Periodically update software, patch, and upgrade to maintain system performance, stability, and security.
Access Control and User Management: Configure and manage user accounts, access permissions, and user controls to grant proper access to resources and secure handling of data.
Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document system configurations, procedures, and processes and maintain up-to-date incident, change, and system performance records.
Automation and Scripting: Automate mundane processes and system operations using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python to optimize the system and reduce manual intervention.
Performance Tuning: Regularly check system performance and implement optimizations to improve system efficiency, performance, and capability.
Collaboration: Frequent interaction with other IT specialists such as network engineers, database administrators, and security specialists to offer integrated and secure IT operations.
